Funny, I looked through the walkthrough and didn't find it anywhere. The only other possible destination would be the Casino, and it wasn't there at all. Harvestdancer 17:05, 18 December 2007 (CST)
Well, it's covered on bulbapedia, which is where we outsource all the technical details of the Pokémon, so that's probably why you didn't find it if you didn't click on the Scyther link with the bulbasaur leaf.
