PSP controls[edit source]
Are you looking for something like this? It's not PSP specific, but it's generally applicable to all PlayStation products. Procyon (Talk) 22:35, 19 June 2008 (CDT)
- We'll see what we can do. Please do me a favor. Please read the instructions on the upload page. It's very important that you name your uploads appropriately. At a minimum, please add a CCFF7_ to the front of every image that you upload for Crisis Core. Thank you. Procyon (Talk) 23:03, 19 June 2008 (CDT)

Show Preview[edit source]
Hello KimbleTHEcommie! Thanks for contributing to StrategyWiki! I'd like to point you to the "Show preview" button at the bottom of the edit page. When making an edit to a page, it is best to "Show preview" first. This way if there is something you want to change, you can fix it before saving the page. This in turn prevents clutter in the Recent Changes and helps sysops easily patrol edits. If you have any questions please feel free to ask at the Staff Lounge. Happy editing! --Procyon (Talk) 09:51, 20 June 2008 (CDT)
Image uploads[edit source]
Hi, I went through and categorized and renamed all your achievement images for Resident Evil 5. In the future, please add the name of the game or a good abbreviation at the start of the filename, and include appropriate image categories. You can find our policy on image naming and categorization on this page here. Check out the images on the Achievements page for examples of naming and categorization. Thanks, - najzereT 16:02, 16 March 2009 (UTC)
RE5 Achievements[edit source]
Hey, great job on the achievements page - it looks awesome! I was wondering about the separation of the achivements between Xbox and PlayStation. Is the first table Xbox only or Xbox and PS3 together? Also, do you know where Windows fits in (do they even have achievements)? I'm hoping we can make the line at the top a little more explicit about what's in each table. Thanks! - najzereT 04:59, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
- I guess what I'm asking is can you get the achievements in the top table on the PS3? If not, can we take out the trophy column? Or do you get trophies also in the Xbox 360? Sorry for all the questions, I just don't know much about the achievements on these systems and the page is kind of confusing me. - najzereT 19:35, 24 March 2009 (UTC)

Image categorisation[edit source]
When uploading images, please make sure to categorise them using the correct image categories and the guide-specific category, i.e. [[Category:Game Name images]]. Please see our image policy for more details. Thanks for helping to keep our images neat! — Moydow T · C 13:39, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- File:Dragonball Z-Buu's Fury Box Art.jpg is too low quality, and contains a watermark. Could you find this image in a higher resolution? If you do, remember to attribute properly. Moydow T · C 13:39, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- I sure will and im soooo sorry about the image category thing man. Also could you help fix the table of content since i was editing it when you posted a redirect therefore i have a table of content but at the top its still red and there's no link to it? greatly appreciated. KimbleTHEcommie 13:46, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- I'm onto it. What happened was I moved the page to capitalise the B in "Dragon Ball", which leaves behind a redirect, that is usually deleted. Should be ok now, and I'll fix up the main game page a bit now. Moydow T · C 13:53, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- Oh ok got ya and thanks. Well i've been searching for a picture without a watermark (i'm thinking the japanese kanji in the background) and i cant seem to find one without it i'm guessing its suppose to be there.KimbleTHEcommie 13:57, 21 September 2010 (CDT)

- The Kanji is probably supposed to be there. The watermark, however, is the yellow icon in the bottom-right corner, over the Atari logo. Moydow T · C 14:11, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- Oh ok ill find a new one asap along with a better resolution and the page table of contents isn't fixed yet. KimbleTHEcommie 14:16, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- Should be fixed now. I've finished updating the guide's front page. Moydow T · C 14:38, 21 September 2010 (CDT)

- The URL path (media.strategywiki.org/...) doesn't work in an infobox. The file's name will suffice. The good image is now in use, and the smaller ones will be deleted. Moydow T · C 16:17, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- Ok butwhatabout my categorization?KimbleTHEcommie 16:33, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- All images for this game go in Category:Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury images. The second category depends on what the image is. For screenshots, Category:Screenshots, boxart Category:Box artwork and so on. Note in the last one that it uses sentence case, ie. only capitalise the first word. Moydow T · C 16:47, 21 September 2010 (CDT)

- Ok thank you for all your help one last minor thing if you dont mind where are the table templates?KimbleTHEcommie 16:49, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
- Template:Prettytable is the basic template used for designing tables. Read through that a bit, and also StrategyWiki:Guide/Tables, and see if you understand it. If not, let me know, and I'll try and help. Moydow T · C 17:26, 21 September 2010 (CDT)
Neutral point of view[edit source]
Guides are open for anyone to edit, and to accomodate multiple authors we've decided to use a neutral point of view, meaning content should be written in the third person, with no opinions and a somewhat professional tone. Please keep this in mind as you're editing, and try to avoid words like "I" or "we", or use of slang or non-factual information. Thanks for helping us keep our guide pages polished! — Moydow T · C 10:34, 22 September 2010 (CDT)
- Once again I'm sorry I'll make sure to incorporate that in the future. Thank you for the heads up. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by KimbleTHEcommie (talk • contribs) .
controller images[edit source]
Hey there. I want to help you out, but the questions you leave (on my talk page and in the staff lounge) are very vague, and it's hard to understand what exactly you are asking for. I'm going to assume you were asking me about controller motions, like street fighter commands. If so, might (use
{{cade|Hcf}}
) and (use
{{cade|360}}
) be what you're looking for? Procyon 16:45, 14 October 2010 (CDT)
- Sorry about that yes the image is something like that but it is a image of an playstation analog stick with the motion of 180 or 360 and i believe it says 180/360 in the center i remember seeing it once. So it's like your pictures above just instead of it being red its a playstation analog stick something like this
KimbleTHEcommie 17:42, 14 October 2010 (CDT)
- In that case, I would refer you to Template:Psx and Category:PlayStation_3_controller_buttons. The only thing I see which resembles what you're looking for is some image about rotating the L stick clockwise or counter clockwise. Not sure if that will help you. I know that the cade template isn't exactly meant for PS3 games, but I imagine it could work in a pinch? Let me know if you're positively stuck, and I'll see what I can do. Procyon 17:51, 14 October 2010 (CDT)
- No it's all good i'll use the cade images thanks for the help. KimbleTHEcommie 18:17, 14 October 2010 (CDT)
Hey there[edit source]
Hi, I'm surprised to see you went with the Xbox 360 after being a PlayStation guy, especially since you like the God of War series. God of War III was awesome, by the way. Also, are you planning on getting Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood? I played in the multiplayer beta for a week or two and it was pretty fun, and the single player campaign looks awesome. Cheers, — najzereT 23:40, 18 October 2010 (CDT)
- I am a Playstation guy don't let the Xbox 360 fool you the only reason I got a 360 instead of a PS3 was 1. Price, i'm poor come on. 2. Achievements, They are sooooo freaking addicting and they were out before the trophies. But on the bright side once I get a job I do plan on purchasing a PS3 i've been a loyal Playstation customer since the PS1 and they have some amazing exclusive only games. I've played God of War III at a friends and of course once I get a PS3 i'm going to get Assassin's Creed Brotherhood as well as Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Screenshots[edit source]
If you own a copy of the game, you can emulate it legally. There's usually a screenshot option for these things. Sorry for the really late response. --E-123Wario54The Temple of Talk 17:44, 21 October 2010 (CDT)
