Video Whizball, the 20th videocart for the Fairchild Channel F, was released in 1981 by Fairchild. The game is an action derivation of video billiards, with 72 unique game variations for one or two players. There is also the option to let the computer play itself with no player input.
There are six game modes which vary the game mechanics and point structure. During a timed round, players attempt to shoot "whizballs" worth various points or the opponent. The winner is the player with the most points at the end of the round.
