Outer Space[edit]

  • You begin the stage in the center. Start out by walking straight up and shoot the alien to the left, then to the right as it appears, and walk right to fire at the alien on the bottom. At this point, the first bonus alien should appear.
  • If you want the most points, try to patiently wait for the aliens to come in close to the center of the screen, and shoot three of them to make the 2000 point Shishitogarin appear.
  • Use the meteorites to your advantage. Constantly reposition yourself to that they serve as shields. Always be mindful of the position of the surrounding aliens, and where they can fire at you from.
  • When you see the bomb powerup appear, grab it whether you intend to warp to the corridor room or not. Even if you don't use it now, you may decide to jump in the warp later on in the stage.
  • The biggest reason to warp is to get the gun powerup. But remember that the aliens are harder to kill in the corridor room.
  • Once you have the gun powerup, don't forget that the resulting blast from one of your bullets can kill you.

Corridor Room[edit]

  • It will take a little more strategy to kill the aliens in the corridor room. Timing your bombs is essential.
  • Try to walk in the same direction as an alien, only one row or column closer to the center. Get ahead of it, and start laying bombs in advance of the aliens arrival.
  • If you think an alien will take longer to cross the path of an exploding bomb (like the napping Garamos), hold the button down to increase the time delay on the bomb. You will notice that the bomb changes colors as the time increases.
  • If you warp to the corridor room with the bomb powerup, it will be much easier to kill the aliens since they don't have to be in direct line-of-sight with the bomb. At the same time, it's also much easier for you to get killed if you walk near the explosion.
  • Do you best to collect the gun powerup and complete the stage in outerspace instead of the corridor room. Since you always lose your powerups on the next stage, you will start with the much weaker bomb, and it will be difficult to clear out the aliens.

Warp & Warp differences[edit]

  • Warp & Warp is obviously quite a bit simpler. There are no meteors in space, but the Warp corridor can serve as a shield. The corridor room is always static, unlike the way in which little mazes can form in Warpman's corridor room.
  • There's only one type of alien, but there are still three different types of bonus aliens.
  • There are no powerups, and the aliens walk around counter-clockwise.
  • There are fewer aliens to destroy in each stage. The amount remaining appears all around the border of the stage.
  • If you finish the stage in the corridor room, you still start the next stage in outerspace.
