Counter.

Counters are Monks who emphasize the art of fighting over the strength of body and mind. Distinct from Shaolins, Counters can use the power of their opponents to deliver deadly counter-attacks. They are also very good at damaging enemies in their weak spots. To become a Counter, a trainee must have excellent dynamic visual acuity and outstanding reflexes. Even now, a lot of Monks travel to meet Kawamachri in A-Makusa to learn the ways of the Counter.

When a Monk becomes level 30, he/she may choose to become a Counter or a Shaolin. (Second Class Change).

Alternatively, you can also choose to keep your first job after you exceed level 30; allowing you to keep the EXP bonus that you get from having a Mentor during your first job. This is called Mentor Glitching. All you do is when he/she turns to level 29 and is certain that they can attain level 30 on the same day, they delete and re-add their mentor or delete the mentor and add a new one. Most people try to get almost to level 30 then do this its faster and more caertain. But be warned... if your mentor deletes you when your 30+ there's no way to MENTOR GLITCH again, and you can't 2nd class change or you'll mentor will be disabled when you turn into your 2nd class/job.
