This segment consists of only one stage. Siberia is covered in snow, and acts as a short introduction to the game. The level is controlled by anti-mutant tanks and Hand Ninjas. You do not get to pick your character for this level, as it starts immediately upon booting up the game. The character you get for this level is random, so you can keep resetting until you get one you want to play as.
You start in a cave-like area, which is infested with a bunch of enemies. Jump on them to kill them, but watch out. They can either roll or jump into you, which will hurt you. When there are a lot of enemies in a row, try to make combos by jumping from enemy to enemy. This way, you can kill all of them with ease. Keep going right and then jump down into a gap, where you'll find more enemies. Keeping going left to reach the outside area. It's still snowing heavily. Jump up on the first platform you can get on and go left to see a wall. Break it and use the boxes to get to the higher platform. These ninjas are relatively easy to defeat and get by, since most of them have their backs turned.
Jump down and be sure to avoid the missiles the tanks try to shoot at you. Behind the tanks, two ninjas are waiting to ambush you. Jump on both of them and keep going forward. Jump up on the boxes you see and jump left, then right again, where you'll see more tanks. Jump up on the next platform you see again, since there are more boxes blocking your way. Jump down after running across it and jump on the next platform. There will be a breakable wall there, which leads to the exit.
