Guess what, you gotta face this guy on your own! Use Defense and keep yourself healed. Don't try to attack him. After a few rounds, Citan comes in and drops Weltall for you to use!
Use Booster since Rankar likes to use Slow. Assuming that you know Raijin (
), Weltall will know Raigeki (). To use is, you must raise Weltall to Attack Level 1. Use an attack on your first turn (after applying Booster), then Raigeki on the next. Repeat until Rankar is dead.
