NCV1-XEV Area 14A.png

Once that text of "AREA 14" has disappeared from the screen, sixteen Bacura shall come tumbling down towards the Solvalou; as you are manoeuvring around them, a group of eight Brag Zakato (which, much like in the original Xevious and Super Xevious, look similar to the regular Zakato, but they have a glowing red dot in their centres that differentiates them, and if you should ever be unable to fire a shot at any of these ones to kill them quickly enough, they will explode and launch five projectiles at you as opposed to just one) will materialise in front of you and fly towards you. Once you've fired a shot at as many of them as you can to kill them, and avoided all the projectiles launched at you by the rest, you'll come to a Zolbak and a Derota that's emerged from the ground below you - and once you've dropped a bomb on both of these to kill them, a group of thirty Giddo Spario will come flying down towards you. Once you've fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you will come to a Powerup Core, another Zolbak and a downward-moving Domogram below you; once you have dropped a bomb on each of these to kill them, you will have to drop a bomb on the location of the game's thirty-fourth Sol (shown in the above image) to make it reveal itself. However, if you leave the Domogram alive too long, its projectiles might make this Sol harder for you to reveal.

Once you've dropped another bomb on this thirty-fourth Sol to kill it the Bacura will slow down (as they join five more off-screen) and start tumbling back up towards the top of the screen; as you are manoeuvring around them again you shall come to three Garu Derota in the ocean beneath you. Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them you will come to three forward-moving Grobda in the ocean below you - and once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, three groups of seven Zoshi shall come flying down towards you while firing projectiles at you. Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come to a left-moving Yokomuki Grobda in the ocean below you; once you have dropped a bomb on it to kill it, the Bacura shall slow down for a second time (as they join two more off-screen), and start tumbling back down towards the bottom of the screen again. As you are manoeuvring around them once again, you will come to a Barra, two Lograms and a third Zolbak below you - and once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, eighteen Frossers will come flying into view from the right and left sides of the screen while firing homing projectiles (which are similar to those of the Garu Zakato, but they can't get blocked, only deflected) at you. Once you've fired a shot at each of the Frossers to kill them, you shall have to drop a bomb on the location of the game's thirty-fifth Sol (which is, again, displayed in the above image) to make it reveal itself.

Once you have dropped another bomb on this thirty-fifth Sol to kill it, you will come to a fourth forward-moving Grobda in the ocean below you; once you have dropped a bomb on it to kill it, the Bacura shall slow down for a third time (as they join twelve more off-screen), and start tumbling back up towards the top of the screen again (but this time, they will go off it). As you're manoeuvring around them yet again, you'll have to drop a bomb on the location of the game's thirteenth Zos and thirty-sixth Sol (which are, once again, shown in the above picture) to make them reveal themselves - but it is only safe to reveal them once all of the Bacura have gone off the top of the screen, due to the fact that one of them may back into your Solvalou and kill it otherwise.

Once you've dropped another bomb on this thirteenth Zos and thirty-sixth Sol to kill them, you shall have to drop a bomb on the location of the game's thirty-seventh Sol (yet again, displayed in the above image) to make it reveal itself; once you drop another bomb on this thirty-seventh Sol to kill it five groups of three Borces and three Jara will fly down towards you while firing projectiles at you. Once you fire a shot at all of them to kill them the game will segue into the 15th area as the text "AREA 15" appears on the screen - and by this point, there's only two areas left to go (in the standard game), but if the game should get extended by the players finishing the standard game in one coin, this number will be increased to either three, four, or five.
