Once the text "WELCOME TO THE EXTRA AREAS!" disappears from the screen, four groups of six Terrazi will come flying down towards the Solvalou while firing projectiles at them; once you've fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you'll come to five Garu Derota below you. Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, eighteen Torkan shall come flying down towards you while firing projectiles at you - and once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them you will come to three Domograms which are following the paths down the screen below you. Once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, you shall come to a Powerup Core below you; once you have dropped a bomb on it to kill it, a group of twelve Brag Zakato shall materialise in front of you. Once you've fired a shot at each of them to kill them (and avoided the projectiles launched at you by the rest), you shall come to two Zolbak below you - and once you have dropped a bomb on both of these to kill them, you will come to six Yokomuki Grobda (the first, third and fifth of which are moving to the left but the second, fourth and sixth ones are moving to the right) below you. Once you've dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, you will come to two more Domograms which are following the paths up (and down) the screen below you; once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, two Lograms will emerge from the ground below you. Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, you shall come to a sixth Garu Derota below you - and once you drop a bomb on it to kill it two more Lograms shall emerge from the ground below you. Once you've dropped a bomb on both of these to kill them, you shall come to two Hakai Kanou-Dan-firing Doraudo, a Hakai Kanou-Dan-firing Ettle and two Derota below you; once you've dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them you shall come to a sixth Domogram which is following the path down the screen below you. Once you have dropped a bomb on it to kill it, two groups of six Kapi will come flying down towards you while firing projectiles at you - and once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you will come to a seventh Garu Derota below you. Once you have dropped a bomb on it to kill it, you will come to two more Domograms which are following the path down the screen and two Barra below you; once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them, ten Borces and four more Torkan shall come flying down towards you while firing projectiles at you. Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you'll come to a third Doraudo and a ninth Domogram which is following the path down the screen below you - and once you've dropped a bomb on both of these to kill them, four groups of five Garu Spario shall come spinning down towards you. Once you have fired a shot at each of these to kill them, you shall come to three Grobda, four more Barra and two Leiya which are following the path down the screen below you; once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them you will come to two more Garu Derota below you. Once you have dropped a bomb on both of them to kill them, you will come to six more Garu Derota, twelve Garu Barra and two more Powerup Cores below you - and once you drop a bomb on each of these to kill them, a group of thirty silver Galbosses will come flying down towards you (some of them will be moving at a high speed, while others shall be firing projectiles at you, and still others shall be moving at a high speed and firing projectiles at you, but the rest shall only move at normal speed without firing). Once you have fired a shot at each of them to kill them, you'll come to six more Lograms and three more Derota beneath you; once you have dropped a bomb on each of them to kill them three groups of two more Borces, two Jara and two Zoshi shall come flying towards you while firing projectiles at you. Once you've fired a shot at each of these to kill them the game will segue into the second extra area as the text "EXTRA 2" appears at the bottom of the screen providing neither player died (but if either player died during the course of this area the game will end at this point) - and if either player loses their last life in this area or either of the next two, they will not be able to insert another coin and continue.
