YB Jellystone Park Map.png You shall first have to connect your Sinclair ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC or Commodore 64 and cassette recorder to your television, then switch all three of them on; you'll then have to place the cassette of Piranha's Dalali Software-developed 1987 action game Yogi Bear into the recorder, rewind it (unless it is your first time playing it), start it, type LOAD "" (without leaving a space between the quotation marks) and press Enter to load the program into the console. You will now have to press 1 to select cursor key control, 2 to select Sinclair joystick control (if connected), 3 to select Kempston joystick control (again, if connected), or 4 to select keyboard control - however, in the CPC and C64 versions, Sinclair joystick control is not included, meaning Kempston joystick control is 2 and keyboard control is 3. The text PIRANHA PRESENTS: YOGI BEAR will then appear on the screen, and the game will start on screen 202; this is the one at the top-left of that Jellystone Park map above, for which the numbers of where the caves lead to have been added.

Start off by walking to the right onto screen 201 and then walk around the tree onto screen 200, walk over the crack in the ground onto screen 199 while watching out for the geysers, walk round the rock onto screen 198, walk around the frog then jump over the river onto screen 197, steal the fish from the fisherman's hook then jump over the river onto screen 196, jump over the string onto screen 195, walk over the crack in the ground and around the rock (while watching out for the geysers and enraged camper, the latter of whom can get lured into a puddle) onto screen 194, watch out for the geysers and walk onto screen 193, collect a picnic basket that appears, and walk onto screen 192, watch out for the geysers and walk onto screen 191, walk around the tree while watching out for all geysers onto screen 190, walk around the cave and tree while watching out for the geysers onto screen 189 and walk into the cave to warp to screen 179; you then have to walk back to the left onto screen 180, jump over the log and walk around the tree (while watching out for Ranger Ned Smith, who can get lured into a puddle!) onto screen 181, walk around the tree, rock and crack in the ground onto screen 182, walk onto screen 183 while watching out for the geysers, collect Boo-Boo's first candy apple for an extra life, retrace your steps back to the right onto screen 179 (again, watching out for Ranger Ned Smith, who will have got out of the puddle by now), and go into the left side of the cave to warp to screen 152.

You will then have to walk back to the left onto screen 153, while watching out for the geysers, jump over the log and go into the cave to warp to screen 049 - and you will then have to walk to the right onto screen 048, jump over the two logs onto screen 047, walk around the first rock (while watching out for Ranger Ned Smith, who has the power to be in two places at once) onto screen 046, walk around the first puddle onto screen 045, and walk around the two cracks in the ground while watching out for the geysers onto screen 044 as Ranger Ned Smith falls down into another puddle. You now have to walk round the two lakes and collect Boo-Boo's second candy apple for another extra life while watching out for the geysers, retrace your steps back to the left onto screen 049 (once again, watching out for Ranger Ned Smith, who'll again have got out of the puddle by now), and go into the cave to warp back to screen 153; you will then have to retrace your steps back to screen 152, go into the cave to warp back to screen 165, walk back to the left onto screen 166, walk around the tree (while watching out for Ranger Ned Smith who can once again get lured into a puddle) onto screen 167, walk around the puddle and collect Boo-Boo's third candy apple for a third extra life and retrace your steps back to the right onto screen 165 - however, you cannot go into the cave and warp back to screen 153. Instead, you will have to jump over the log onto screen 164 and go into the left side of the cave to warp onto screen 075, then collect Boo-Boo's fourth candy apple for a fourth extra life while watching out for the geysers, and go back into the cave to warp back onto screen 121; you'll then have to walk back to the left (while watching out for the geysers) onto screen 122, go into the cave to warp to screen 117, walk to the right while watching out for the geysers onto screen 116, walk around the tree and over the crack in the ground while watching out for Ranger Ned Smith onto screen 115, watch out for the geysers and walk onto screen 114, walk around the tree onto screen 113, collect Boo-Boo's fifth candy apple for a fifth extra life and walk around the second and third puddles while watching out for the geysers onto screen 112, walk over the crack the ground and round the tree onto screen 111, while watching out for all of the geysers, walk around the tree and the second puddle onto screen 110, walk over the two cracks in the ground (while watching out for the geysers) onto screen 109, and walk around and into the cave to warp to screen 012.

You will then have to go back into the cave, to warp back to screen 018, walk back to the left while avoiding the geysers onto screen 019, walk around the puddle and over the crack in the ground while avoiding the geysers back onto screen 020, collect the picnic basket that appears while avoiding the geysers and walk back onto screen 021, walk around the tree trunk while avoiding the geysers, and collect Boo-Boo's sixth and final candy apple for a sixth and last extra life - and you shall now have to walk back to the left onto screen 022, walk around the tree and puddle back onto screen 023, walk around a second puddle back onto screen 024, walk over the crack in the ground back onto screen 025, avoid the geysers and walk back onto screen 026, walk over the crack in the ground while avoiding the geysers back onto screen 027, walk around the frog and first tree while avoiding the geysers back onto screen 028, avoid the geysers and walk back onto screen 029, walk around the tree trunk while avoiding the geysers back onto screen 030, walk over the two cracks in the ground, back onto screen 031, walk over a single crack in the ground while avoiding all geysers back onto screen 032, collect the picnic basket that appears while avoiding all the geysers and walk back onto screen 033, avoid all geysers and walk back onto screen 034, walk around the puddle while avoiding all geysers and enraged camper, back onto screen 035, walk around the tree trunk back onto screen 036, walk over the crack in the ground and around the puddle while avoiding all the geysers back onto screen 037 and walk into the cave to warp to screen 005. You will now have to walk to the right, onto screen 004, walk over the crack in the ground onto screen 003 (at this point, all collected candy apples will become a square, two circles, a triangle, a third circle and another square), walk around the tree (and the imprisoned Boo-Boo!) onto screen 002, and walk around the tree (and the "skull-and-crossbones" billboard!) onto screen 001; you'll now have to jump on six of the eighteen stepping stones in the order that the candy apples have changed into (if you jump on them in any other order the hunter's burglar alarm will go off and Yogi will be for it) onto screen 000, collect the key to Boo-Boo's cage, walk back to the left onto screen 001, walk back around the eighteen stepping stones onto screen 002, transform into a bush until the hunter (who, even though Yogi hasn't set the burglar alarm off, has somehow been alerted to the fact that he has stolen his key) runs off the right side of the screen and walk back onto screen 003, and unlock Boo-Boo's cage. Both Yogi and Boo-Boo will then walk off the left side of the screen as the text "WELL DONE. YOU HAVE RESCUED BOOBOO ON XXX XX", XXX being a three-letter month abbreviation and XX being a two-figure day, appears in the centre of it - and both Yogi and Boo-Boo will return to home computer screens in 1990, in Yogi's Great Escape.
