There are four items to collect in the airplane. The flight sequence lasts about 9 minutes, and appears only if you don't have found the items. The sequence can be skipped any moment like any cutscene (by pressing 
or .
On your first flight, the steward will give you peanuts, but she is closely guarding the other three. She won't allow you to open the overhead bins, or pick up the cushion in front of you, or enter her room.
Walk to the back of the airplane and enter the restroom. There is a Call Button which can be used to call the steward. Feel free to USE TOILET.
Now, USE TOILET PAPER IN SINK, TURN ON SINK, and PUSH CALL BUTTON. The sink will clog and the stewardess will come (she won't enter if you have closed the door, so OPEN DOOR if you have done so). The stewardess will be busy cleaning the room for about 2 minutes.
While she is busy you can do what she wouldn't allow you before, but Zak will deny picking up the Oxygen Tank.
To keep her busier, head to the front of the airplane, OPEN MICROWAVE OVEN, USE EGG IN MICROWAVE OVEN, TURN ON MICROWAVE OVEN (Zak will close it authomatically). The egg pops and the stewardess will come to clean the mess.
With the stewardess distracted, you can collect three items. PICK UP SEAT CUSHION from the empty seat, and PICK UP LIGHTER that falls out. Now start walking long the plane and OPEN BIN. No matter which you open, the last one will have an Oxygen Tank. PICK UP OXYGEN TANK.
When you have all four items, you can skip the rest of the airplane sequence. The sequence won't appear again.
