Go down and absorb the Nitesco glyph from the Nova Skeleton if you haven't already done so. At the bottom, you can either go left and face two Gashidas or down and face two Gurkha Masters. The Gashida's breath attack can apply the stone status effect. The bottom room has a chest. Both rooms will lead to another vertical room. To the left is a room that has many flame pillars that shoot out from the walls and floor. At the end is a Vol Ignis glyph that you can absorb to make the flames go away. Go back to the previous room and continue down. Go right and the path splits again, but both rooms lead to another vertical room. The bottom room has a red chest that contains a MP Max up. The right room connects to a top room that has a red chest containing Mercury Boots. Halfway down the vertical room, there is a warp room to the left and at the bottom, a save room to the left. To the right is one last room that leads to the boss.

Boss: Blackmore[edit]

Blackmore
Attacks
  • Claw attack (jump to avoid)
  • Fires beam out of it's mouth (jump to avoid)
  • Shoots fireballs from above that are concentrated in one area (move closer to Blackmore)
  • Shoots fireballs from above that are spread out (stand between the fireballs)

Blackmore attacks with his large monstrous shadow. The Nitesco glyph is an effective attack because he is weak to both flame and light attacks. If you have an Onyx Pin, you can equip it to reduce darkness damage. When Blackmore loses half of his health, he will say "That was quite entertaining" and start attacking faster. If you defeat him without taking damage, a blue chest will appear that contains a Blackmore Medal.

After defeating Blackmore, continue right until you get to the vertical room. The room splits off into three different paths. Take the lower right path first and go right until you get to the next vertical room. At the top and to the right is a room that has a Red Smasher that drops the Vol Culter glyph. There is also a red chest that contains a HEART Max up. Go back to the previous room and to the bottom. Attack the breakable ground and drop down. The left room has a red chest that contains a Super Potion. The right wall is breakable. Use the Paries glyph to go right and break the statue to get the Felicem Fio glyph. Break the top right wall and use the Paries glyph to continue on. At the end before the exit there is the Rapidus Fio glyph. Exit the map to the unlock the Large Cavern and the Training Hall.

Go back to the vertical room that splits into three paths and take the middle left path. Keep going left until you get to the room with the falling boulders. Use the Paries glyph to move along the walls and hide in the holes in the ground and ceiling to avoid the boulders. At the top, absorb the Lapiste glyph. Go back down to the bottom and under the thin platform. Press Down dpad to reveal the hidden blue chest that contains a Star Ring. Go back to the previous vertical room.

Go to the top and right into another vertical room. The bottom left has a breakable wall that contains White Drops. The next room has a Hammer Shaker that drops the Melio Macir glyph. In the next room, push the bottom stone block and then the top stone block to raise the water level so you can reach the left platform. Continue on past the next rooms to reach the Barracks.
