Billy Kane (ビリー・カーン) is a fighting game character who hails from England, loves punk rock and plays the guitar very well. He fights with a weapon that can be either used as a bo or as a three section staff, which he can ignite with fire. He always tries to look out for his little sister Lilly Kane.

Once Geese Howard acquired the Scrolls of Immortality, he set up another "King of Fighters" tournament with Billy acting once again as his bodyguard. Billy fought many fighters to protect Geese including Joe Higashi. While he defeated all challengers, the fight with Joe turned out to be a distraction for Terry and Andy Bogard to enter Geese Tower and face Geese himself.
After defeating Joe, Billy runs to Geese's aid, but is too late as Geese plunges to his death from the top of Geese Tower. In Real Bout Fatal Fury Special: Dominated Mind Billy was brainwashed by the crime lord White was brainwashed to do his bidding. Billy recovered after White's defeat, but was bitter and angry about Terry killing Geese.
