Secret Agent/Achievements

Secret Agent HD adds several optional achievements to the game, which can be viewed from the title menu. Unlocking them doesn't do anything, but they are linked to Steam/GOG achievements.

Note that if you restart or leave a level without beating it, any achievement progress made in that level is reset, so you cannot "cheat" by repeatedly restarting. However, if you complete an achievement mid-level, it will remain, whether you go on to beat the level or not.

Kill Again Island		Finish Episode 2 (Kill Again Island).
Dr. No Body		Finish Episode 3 (Dr. No Body).
The Spy who Dumped Me		Finish Episode 4 (The Spy who Dumped me; doesn't require the secret level).
Mission Completed		Finish any level.
Perfection		Finish any level with a perfect score (all point items, S-P-Y letters in the correct order, and the bonus for not taking damage).
Espionage		Complete any level without killing any enemies. This can be done easily in the Fortress stage of The Hunt for Red Rock Rover, but if you are going for all achievements, getting "Agility" will also give you this one without having to do it separately.
Agent Swift		Finish any level in under 60 seconds. This can be done in the Fortress stage of The Hunt for Red Rock Rover or any similarly open level.
Swimming with the Fishes		Die in water (must be blue water; acid/lava don't count for this).
Machine Gun		Get maximum rapid fire (3 Firepower upgrades). This is only possible in Dr. No Body, as the other episodes don't contain enough Firepower items.
Stack-em-up		Stack two barrels, one on another. Can easily be done in E1L11 of The Hunt for Red Rock Rover.
Key Master		Hold 6 keys in your inventory at once. Impossible in most stages, but can be done in E3L01 of Dr. No Body.
S-P-Y		Collect all SPY letters in the right order.
Arachnophobic		Destroy 10 mecha-spiders. Mecha-Spiders only appear in E4L15 of The Spy who Dumped me and there are only 5 of them, so this achievement can only be gotten by completing said level twice. As levels can't be re-entered, the only way to do so is to keep a save before it or play through the episode a second time.
Kick'em in the Nunchucks		Kill 50 Ninjas. Simply shooting a Human enemy while it is a Ninja will count as a kill; it doesn't have to be reduced all the way down to a Tombstone.
Beam Me Up		Use the teleporter 50 times.
Hacker		Disable laser grid 20 times (use the Floppy on the Terminal). As almost all levels have a laser that is mandatory to disable, you will get this achievement automatically while completing the episodes.
Spell Checker		Collect SPY letters in wrong order.
No Sh*t Sherlock		Collect all Magnifiying Glasses in any episode.
Bandolier		Finish any episode on HARD with 35 ammo or more. Ammo placement is generous enough that this can be done with a sizeable buffer in The Hunt for Red Rock Rover; just remember not to shoot enemies if you can avoid it and you should be fine. (Awards "Hard Mode" achievement as well by definition.)
Flag Waver		Collect every flag in the game (in all four episodes).
Grave Robber		Collect 100 tombstones.
Destruction Man		Blow up enemy with a Dynamite. As you can only place Dynamite by touching the exit door, this requires an enemy walking all the way up to the door, which is only the case in a few levels. These include E1L02 and E1L13 in The Hunt for Red Rock Rover, and E3L09, E3L12 or E3L13 of Dr. No Body. Note that the enemy dies instantly even if it can normally withstand multiple hits, so there's no need to weaken it first.
Banking Agent		Collect over $1000000 worth of bonus items (a million points).
Icarus		Kill an enemy while wearing a jetpack (only found in The Spy who Dumped me). You don't have to be in the air to do this, making it quite easy.
Raining Gold		Catch 50 hidden coin bags (money bags).
Desecrator		Destroy 10 tombstones (shoot them instead of collecting).
Fresh Breath		Collect 25 toothbrushes (semi-common bonus items).
Pillar of Community		Finish 5 custom maps from the Workshop (must be 5 different maps, but doesn't need star completion). This achievement tends to be buggy, and may reset its progress completely if you restart the game, so it's recommended to play the maps in one go. If it becomes stuck on 5/5, complete more maps until you get it.
Scubaventure		Spend at least 60 seconds under the water (with the Scuba Gear from The Spy who Dumped me). Getting this achievement on the first playthrough is not guaranteed without specifically aiming for it! A lot of underwater time can be gotten in E4L07 by using both Scuba Gears. Note that the time you gained is lost if you drown, as it restarts the stage.
Bad luck!		Get confused and slowed down at the same time. Easily possible in E3L15 of Dr. No Body, which has both in close proximity in the "armory" section. Can also be done in E1L15, but is harder to achieve.
Better than Bond		Complete any episode without taking damage. This only counts whether you got the full health bonus at the end of each stage, not if you got hit at all during the playthorugh, so if you do get hit, simply restart the stage until you make it through unharmed.
Marathon Man		Complete any episode in one session without loading. This requires playing on Normal or Hard mode, which is specified in-game but sadly not in the description for the Steam achievement. Logically, The Hunt for Red Rock Rover is the easiest episode to do this with.
Coffee Jacuzzi		"Life is better in the hot tub." (Stand behind any of the coffee cup decorations so that it looks like 006 is inside the cup with only his head poking out, then wait there for a few seconds.)
Spare Key		Finish a level with an extra key in your inventory. Very easy to get in E1L06 of The Hunt for Red Rock Rover, which has more blue keys than doors and one of them right next to the exit.
Crawling no More		Destroy crawler bot while in the air on medium or hard difficulty (only in The Spy who Dumped me). As the Crawler Bot has 2 HP, this is ideally done by shooting it once while it's on the ceiling, then a second time while it falls. Easy to do with the Cralwer on the left side of E4L09.
Agility		E4L10 without killing any enemies and with a perfect health (level in The Spy who Dumped me). Note that you will get the Espionage achievement as well if you don't have it yet.
Hard Mode		Complete any episode on hard mode. You will get this by going for the "Bandolier" achievement, so no need to worry about it separately if you are going for all achievements.
Swim, swim, hungry		Uncover the Dopefish spray in E4L12 of The Spy who Dumped me. It's hidden behind breakable blocks in the left half of the level; break them until it's fully revealed.
Treasure!!!		Collect all island treasure (money bags that appear on the Island Map after "jumping the shark"). There is a 30-second time limit that starts when you collect the first bag and is only refreshed by 1 second per bag, so plan your route in advance or make a save so you can retry.
Jump the Shark		Jump over the shark on the Island Map when it flashes (after completing the episode's Fortress stage). Each map has a different secret spot from where you can jump across the water (by pressing the jump button). Successfully jumping the shark causes treasure to appear, which can give a huge point bonus if you collect it all.
X Marks the Spot		Collect the pickaxe in E4L13 that unlocks the secret level (you don't have to complete it for the achievement).
Rokket Mushroom!?		Collect the Rokket Mushroom in E4L16. It's hidden underwater in the lower-left corner; get both the Jetpack and Scuba Gear so you can reach it and fly back out. Also unlocks CGA mode in the settings.
Master Spy		Complete all achievements.
