Here you will witness a dialogue between an onion (Duelle) and a man dressed in blue (Elazul). Elazul will then enter the pub, follow him. In the pub you will find Elazul and Rachel, who are talking. Talk to Elazul and select the following options: "Ask what happened", "Ask about the friend", and "Let's search for her". The girl, Rachal, will then give you the AF Jade Egg and Elazul will join your party. However, if you prefer not to do this mission for now or select other options, you can always return here later. Elazul will no longer be present at the pub, but you will meet him on the city map of Domina. Elazul will join you and by returning to the pub you can get the Jade Egg from Rachel. The only important thing is not to enter the Tower of Leires before undertaking this quest, or it will be lost forever. When you have the Jade Egg, leave Domina and place the artifact on the world map to create the Mekiv Caverns. Go there and the mission will officially begin.

At the entrance you will meet Duelle, who can give you a lot of information about the game's combat system. Then proceed right to explore the caverns. Even though these caves are very labyrinthine, the path you can take is, except for some variations, only one, as the passages leading to the other areas of the caverns are blocked by some Boinks. If you talk to one of them, you will be teleported back to the entrance. In the caves you can collect some useful items from chests. In particular, you can find a Lizard Meat, a Blank Eye and a Moth Wing. If you haven't been on the Luon Highway yet you may also meet a woman called Sandra, who will give you some information about the stones. You will encounter her often later. However, to quickly reach the end of this mission, the path to follow is this:

• Lower right
• Down to the lower screen and then right
• Right
• Lower left
• Lower left (Here there is a woman named Sandra, talk to her and then proceed)
• Left (automatic) to the boss area.

At the end of the path you will encounter a boss, Du'Inke. Despite its enormous size, it is not very difficult to defeat. Just be careful not to be in front of it when it starts flashing. This in fact means that it is about to launch one of its most powerful attacks. There are two to fear. The boss can turn you into a snowman for a few seconds with its freezing breath, during which you will take damage. The other attack can cause stalactites to fall from the ceiling, which are difficult to avoid. When the boss isn't flashing, hit it wildly with your attacks and you should soon defeat it.

When the boss dies, you will find Pearl and Elazul will leave your party. It doesn't matter which of the two options you choose. You will get your reward and the mission will end.
