Jet Chan or simple "devil" will apear after 180 notoriety, he will act like a soldier, destroying everything in their way. Is hard to keep him Locked, because he escapes every time. Jet Chan is the ANVIL agent, they will restore the stolen artfacts in your base, like a thief, just taking everything. Most of henchmans will die after one kick of Jet Chan so dont be a fool and try to atack him directly, use the social minions agains him to psycologic weaken and after that, torture him. The only way to stop Jet Chan is in the Objective 7, when you can discovery the location of her master and finaly obtain informations to defeat him in the dojo, whit a 'fine' fight. Jet Chan is very pride, and he will not will botter after hes honor fall.
Jet Chan starts appearing at notoriety level 180 and acts like a soldier and a thief. His special ability allows him to dodge attacks far more easily, making him much more of a pain in combat. This guy doesn't need any weapons to take you out, since he'll punch and kick his way through your base with ease. He has no ranged attacks, but he doesn't need them. You'll want him out of your hair as fast as possible by completing Optional Objective 5, where you challenge him to a "fair" fight and disgrace him with defeat, leading him to flee in shame and never return.
