Here are the following spells found in the game:

PC Spells

Alohomora

This is one of the first spells in the game. It is used to open certain magically locked doors and chests. But more chests than doors.

Depulso

Remember Flipendo? This does exactly what Flipendo does, i.e. hitting switches, pushing blocks and knocking down cauldrons.

Lumos

This spell is once again aimed at gargoyles. Then, the gargoyle will remove some wall cover for you to go through.

Rictusempra

The good thing about this one is this: if we don't have this, we will die. This spell is used to combat almost every enemy in the game.

Spongify

Spongify targets certain carpets and it temporary turns it into a substance that propells the user into the air.

Carpe Retractum

Well there is a good idea to give Ron Weasley this spell. This spell propells you to certain objects or certain objects to you. Ironically, it can also open certain doors.

Lapifors

This spell targets a rabbit and lets you take control of it. It can eat through grass-filled holes and dig through packs of dirt. (Dig a hole, Dig a hole...) Hermoine can only use this spell, however.

Dragonifors

This is another of Hermoine's new spells in the game. It targets a small dragon and gives you control of it. It can fly and breathe fire (from a flame ball).

Expecto Patrodum

Harry is the only one to use this spell and it's a good idea to give it to him. Since Rictusempra cannot harm Dementors, Expecto Patrodum does just that. But this spell needs to be charged up before using it.

Glacius

Harry can only use this spell to cool off Salamanders and their homes and freeze ice. You can also ride on an everlasting rollercoaster of ice; but be careful of falling off. You will die a horrible death doing so.

Console (Gamecube, Playstation 2, Xbox) Spells

(Note that you can only can carry two spells at a time.)

Flipendo
