Canary Mary
After you receive the grenade eggs, head into the door by Humba Wumba's hut to reach the Toxic Gas Cave. You can also transform into the detonator use its attack to blow open the door. Speak with Mary, then blast the cage to free her. Head out to the start of the stage by the Fuel Storage and you'll see that she has repaired the mine cart. Talk to her to play a minigame. Tap 
to increase the speed of the cart. If you beat her the first time you'll get a Jiggy. If you beat her again you'll receive a cheato page and she'll leave Glitter Gulch Mine for good (she heads for the sky).
Jinjos
Orange Jingo: you'll find this one between the Prospector's House and Mumbo's Skull, standing on the mine cart track up the hill and in the tunnel. Yellow Jinjo found in Gloomy Caverns prison cell, can only be opened with dynamite form. Green Jinjo: found by the train station. Head up the blue and white hill from the warp pad and drill break the brown block.
Glowbos
The second glowbo can be found by Mumbo's Skull, down on the ground behind the big rock that you can break with the drill drop/entrance to Gloomy Caverns (next to the sign "Mine Entrance 2").
Gloomy Caverns
You'll find the power hut here and split up pads. Use the pads, then take Banjo inside the hut and up the ladder. Stand on the switch to power the lights in the basement. Switch to Kazooie and take her into the basement of the hut (down the stairs). Follow the path to the Jiggy (stop on each pillar and rotate the camera so you don't fall). After getting the Jiggy, fall and you'll appear at the split up pads again.
Break the other block here to reach the Generator Cavern (right side, red light). If you're monitor is bright enough you won't need to power the generators here. Follow the path, and watch out for gaps. Kill the cowboy hat guy and grab the Jiggy before taking the ladder back to the tunnel.
The left path (down/green) will lead you back to Glitter Gulch Mines, by the train station warp pad.
Mumbo pads
Get the glowbo near his hut, then use him at the train station, and crushing shed.
Crushing Shed: uses Levitate: Jiggy Boulder to put it in the crushing shed where it lands on the conveyor belt. If you've already turned on the power, the rock will get ground up, and the Jiggy will be shot out into several bits. Pick up all 3 to receive the Jiggy. Train Station: Levitate: Chuffy the Train. The train will be placed on the tracks correctly, and aligned with the cargo car.
Empty Honeycombs
You'll find one in the train station in a rare crate on the right.
Waterfall Cavern
You'll gain access to this after hitting the gate button next to Humba Wumba's hut. Follow the water near the blue hill by the train station to find the open gate. You'll find a jiggy sitting here. Come back later when you have Kazooie's aqua beak ability to break the stone. You can fly down to a door on the left that takes you to Flooded Caves, or return to Glitter Gulch Mine via Mine Entry 1.
Flooded Caves
The entrance is by the crushing shed, to the right of Mine Entry 1. There is nothing here except a passage from Waterfall Cavern, a regular honeycomb, and a pack of eggs.
Ordinace Storage Entrance
Going in here will lead you to get the Beak Bayonet and then play a minigame where you must destroy 15 TNT sticks before they explode. Talk to the barracaded door to enter.
Ordinance Storage
Go down the ramp and kill the first stick. Go right down the green passage and kill the tnt at the basement. Follow the path forward and kill the third. Turn left to the green passage for 2 more. Go up the hill to another, go down, turn right for another. Turn right again...
If you win a Jiggy will appear in the Ordinance Storage Entrance.
Waterfall Jiggy
Spring shoes are required for this one.
Fuel Storage
As a detonator, head here and explode the rocks to free the Saucer of Peril in WitchyWorld.
Train Station
You'll find an empty honeycomb in the rare crate on the right. Come back with Mumbo and use the pad to set the train upright. Head inside with Banjo and Kazooie to fight the boss of the zone. Inside you'll find the train control pad that can't be used yet, and two regular honeycombs. Jump inside the furnace to reach Inside Chuffy's Furnace. A cutscene will take place, and the battle with Old King Coal will begin. Stand on a platform and continually fire at him. You have 150 seconds to destroy him before the furnace gets too hot. Grenade eggs may work more effectively than normal eggs. He may make the air toxic.
The Prospector's Wife
Once you get the drill drop, head back to Mayaham Temple to the prison and break the rock there. Dilberta will head through the hole in the wall. Follow her and speak with the Prospector to get Jiggy #8.
