Ben has 10 new aliens: Swampfire, Big Chill, Spidermonkey, Jetray, Humongosaur, Echo Echo, Goop, Brainstorm, Chromastone, and Alien X. On the way to the pier, the team tracks down a Forever Knight there. Ben gets out and runs while Kevin and Gwen drive. Ben meets a Tetramand named Gorvan. Gorvan says that the Forever Knights are stealing illegal alien tech. Ben also finds that Gorvan knew Max, Ben and Gwen's grampa. They set out to get the next piece of tech. Then Ben meets the Mech Dragon. He succeeds in defeating the Mech Dragon and returns to Gorvan. Gorvan says to look for the next piece of tech, which is currently held by Vulkanus. Ben returns to Gorvan and says that Vulkanus had taken the tech, but Ben recovered it. Gorvan says that Vulkanus must be dealt with (this is referring to something that happened in [[Ben 10: The New Aliens]].

After Gorvan says that he will take it below for safekeeping, Kevin says that he doesn't think Gorvan is really good. Gwen decides to try to get into Gorvan's computer while Gorvan is below. Gorvan apparently knows this, and Ben shows up at the lair. Gwen says that she doesn't know the password, and Ben enters it for her. Max appears in a small "Video Message" that the plumbers created. Max tells them that Gorvan is possibly armed.... with weapons, not his four arms. Kevin leaves during the message. Kevin then appears in a place full of Xenocite eggs. Kevin tells Ben and Gwen that he found the place, and they start breaking up. Then Gorvan tells Kevin that his friends will do the light work. Kevin then turns into a boss called DNAlien Kevin. Ben looks for him, then later fights him and removes the Xenocite. (this next part ONLY happened if you found the special hidden item in the last level you were on, A Few Bad Eggs. Gorvan appears and says "I'm armed with weapons... you may have defeated the Xenocite I put on your unpleasant friend, but I will win." Yet, when you fight Gorvan later in the game (after the 2nd half of the level) he just uses his arms and a pile of weapons is seen behind the healing machine if you look closely. (this part will happen whether you got the item or not) After Gorvan is defeated, Ben walks into the room and they find out that there is a Highbreed Weather Control Tower, that controls almost all the rest of them. Ben, Gwen, and Kevin then get on their way to it, driving through crop circles, and they appear on a Highbreed ship and battle a Highbreed. Then they find the weather tower. Ben walks toward it while Kevin and Gwen work on either side of the tower nearest to them and attempt to make the force field disappear. Then the 60-foot-tall Humongosaur appears. He destroys the rest of the force fields and the towers crash down with his weight. (this next part ONLY happens if you got the special item from A Few Bad Eggs). Gorvan then reappears and says that he beat them there (although they destroyed the towers and THEN Gorvan appeared) and will give the Highbreed the last tech after a rematch. The main tower is still up. Humongosaur jumped off of it, but the Highbreed kept it up somehow. After a second Special-Item-Only boss fight with the Highbreed, Gorvan waits under the tower and attacks Kevin and Gwen. They hold him off, as Humongosaur jumps off the tower. The tower falls on Gorvan then defeats him again. Then Ben carries him with them to start the next game, Ben 10: The New Aliens.

Then in the credits a message appears that says "Enter the code HIBREDEVL into the game Ben 10: The New Aliens for the special cutscene at the beginning of the game!" If you didn't get the special item it will not have the message.
