After being sucked through the wormhole in opening to Jak II, Daxter finds himself stranded in the future with no way to rescue his friend Jak. While searching for Jak, a man named Osmo convinces Daxter to take employment as a metal-bug exterminator for the Kridder Ridder Extermination Company.
