Silent Assassin
Turn around and head out into the snow. Go right towards the tower. Don't worry, nobody will see you. Take the ladder down into the tunnel. Now there should be a civilian up ahead. There should also be a door to the left. Press the sneaking button, open the door, syringe stab the guard, and take his clothes. Exit the tower back into the airplane.
Now there should be a building to the right. It is the one in the upper right of the map. Go in, enter the kitchen, look left and take the laxative. Now when nobody is looking, pour the lax into the dish. Now go to the room in the upper right of the building, and wait. Your first target should arrive. Kill him, take his clothes, and exit.
Now a guard should tell you to follow him. Do so and you should come to an area where there is a boat on the left. Go into it. The guards will tell you to go in. Go to the door that is 2nd on the right, in the far back. Follow the path, you will be searched, and enter the 1st door on the right. When your target stops hugging and turns around, strangle him with fiber wire. Now exit the boat.
Now check your map and zoom all the way out. There is a building in the farthest upper right of the map. Go in. Now look right and go into the first wall. There should be a suit there. Take it and enter the radiated boat, which is what you see when you exit this building.
When inside, look right and pick up the bombs. Now go outside of the room. Go left, climb down, and keep going to the side of the ship until you can plant a bomb. Now go back to where your original clothes were, blow up the boat, and head back to the airplane. You are done.
