Basics
Garbage is a problem for your city.Even your enviroment adviser will complain about the amount of garbage and sometimes,tells you to export in to a neighboring city.So it is really advised to do the following:
Place a garbage center. Put in a landfill zone but not too near to commercial and residental zones. (If you want)Build a garbage power plant.
Landfill zone
This kind of zone has a difference than the RCI zones.They make trash while RCI make buildings.Landfills have a brown color when garbage is not placed yet.
Garbage center
This can reduce garbage but only 20% of the garbage found.
Garbage power plant
This makes air pollution but also uses garbage as power.
