Spider-Man 2: The Sinister Six (or Spider-Man 2: Enter the Sinister Six) is a platform game release for the Game Boy Color in 2001. It is a six-stage game, each composed of two segments and one boss fight for each stage.
In an attempt to defeat Spider-Man, Doctor Octopus reforms the sinister six and kidnaps May Parker in an attempt to force Spider-Man to engage six super villains to weaken him before the final battle with Doc Ock.
