You will need to completed the Puzzle 3 and have a Master Builder. Drop your Master Builder on the Chalkboard (the Chalkboard is in the Alchemy Lab) your Master Builder will made the plans of the Ancient Bath. When that is finish, drop your Builders in the bath.
