In both the campaign and multiplayer, players can acquire power-ups to boost their health and armor, or for another benefit. Power-ups are granted whenever a player moves over them, either by foot or in a vehicle. In multiplayer, power-ups are preplaced on the map and take a few seconds to respawn after a player takes one.

Data discs[edit]
Data discs provide additional intel to the player in the campaign, be it revealing a section of the map or adding a new entry in the EVA Data Link.
Security cards[edit]
Exclusive to the campaign, security cards are required to access restricted areas. Security cards unlock doors of the same color. There are types of security cards, ordered by increasing security clearance: Green, Yellow, and Red.
Acquiring security cards are typically required for mission objectives. Some cards may be dropped from enemies.
C&C crates[edit]
Gold-colored C&C crates provide some random benefit to the player, be it additional health, armor, or ammunition.
