A Brief Overview of Controls[edit]
The biggest thing to remember is that this is a Japanese game, so adjust the control scheme accordingly. In menus is the "Confirm" option and is the "Cancel" option. In the main single-player game, holding down will allow you to target various enemies with reticles. Releasing the button makes Gamera fire off fireballs at the marked enemies. Holding down causes the "GAMERA" meter to rise. when that's released, Gamera will spin off like a flying terrapin sawblade, doing damage to anything and everything he can find - but during that time, you have to defend yourself against enemy projectiles. & adjust the camera view 90° in the appropriate direction.
Multiplayer[edit]
In "Family Mode", Player 1 controls the Harrier, and Player 2 controls Gamera directly.
In single-player mode, the player controls both. Hold down either or to signal Gamera to act.
