Editing Combat Arms/Machine guns

There are not many avid machine gun users in Combat Arms, but these beasts still have their upsides. Machine guns are basically assault rifles that are modified for spraying. They sacrifice portability and accuracy for huge amounts of ammo, making it so that you can spray for a long time and not have to reload.

Machine guns can only be fitted with magazine mods. When you do have to reload a machine gun, it takes a very long time.

The M60 is another machine gun that focuses more on brute strength rather than accuracy and range capability, kind of like the MK48.  It has high damage, only slightly lower than the MK48, an acceptable fire rate, and although it still has high recoil, it's much more manageable than the MK48.  All the machine guns seem to share the same accuracy, since all the crosshair sizes are identical, but due to this gun's high recoil, you might have a hard time bringing down targets at range.  This gun is also extremely heavy, making it the least portable weapon in Combat Arms, meaning you'll pretty much be moving like a slug.  And if you try to heavy vest with this weapon, you might as well just stand still.  But despite all that, this is a fairly good machine gun that can decimate the enemy if used correctly, like any other machine gun.

A machine gun that is known for having low recoil but kind of doesn't when actually used.  So in a way it's a machine gun that is a bit on the weaker side with similar if not completely identical recoil to the MK.48 and M60.  And yes, those two might be a bit more recoil-y, but from my actual gameplay experience, it's hardly noticeable.  This used to be my favorite MG and gun in the game but I've realized that it's kind of over-shadowed by the other MG's, by sheer stopping power alone.  This is especially apparent with the new RPK machine gun that has been released.

This machine gun boasts the highest damage out of all the primary weapons, excluding sniper rifles and the M14. It is also fairly portable and has the fastest reload out of all the MGs by about a fraction of a second.  But despite this gun's strengths, it suffers from massive recoil, large spread, and a below average fire rate.  Within just a couple shots, your crosshair will be jumping all over the place and your reticule will get quite large.  But surprisingly, this gun is fairly accurate when you single shot or burst, and due to its power you will be able to bring down multiple enemies before they even get a chance to shoot back.  Just be sure to crouch, control you recoil, and focus your crosshair while using this gun.

The K3 is the fastest-firing and most portable machine gun, behaving almost the same as an assault rifle but sacrificing accuracy for lots of ammo. The K3 is the weakest machine gun, but it is still a four-shot kill. It doesn't have as much recoil as the two three-hit kill machine guns, but more than the MINIMI.

The only difference between this supply case upgrade of the K3 and the K3 itself is that the K3 SPW is much more portable. You can actually go around and spray this machine gun without being slowed down by it to the pace of a snail. Also, it has an amazing 400 ammo in total. However, besides the portability and ammo, there is no difference at all. OTHER THAT THE FACT that spw means spermwooper
