There is also a track that moves up and down which you can stand on safely as long as you're in an area where the ceiling is higher. Use the ring or time your jump just right to get to the center ring of platforms. As you spin around, there will be 2 buttons marked 1 and 2. Work your way around and push each of these buttons.
