Dry Dry Ruins
Throughout the race, more of the pillars lining the track will fall over. Try not to get hit by them if you are in or close to first, and use them for trick jumps once they stop moving. Use a mushroom boost to take a major shortcut if you go left when you get to the bridge instead of crossing it. On the first lap, go right through the area with falling sand. On the second lap, you can choose whether to go through or not, but don't go through on the third lap unless you have something that will let you get across without being affected by the sand.

Bowser's Castle
A classic track which has been in every Mario Kart.
Rainbow Road
The Hardest course on the game, Rainbow Road is a challenging track with lots of corners. Most of the time there is no railing, which makes it a lot harder. Don't try drifting for long times round the corners, you just fall off! Also, the faster you go, the slower you go! (You'll fall off...)
