The trainers charge for each skill level of training, the amount is based on the level of the skill to be trained.
You can train for a total of 5 skill levels for each character level.
At character level 1 you can go to a trainer or trainers and level up one skill 5 times or 5 skills one time or any combination for a total of 5 skill levels.
Once you have trained a total of 5 skill levels you will be unable to train again until your character level reaches 2.

You must have level 70+ Armorer. Talk to either advanced trainer who will have you find Gin-Wulm of The Best Defense in the Imperial City Market District. Gin-Wulm, an Argonian, spends much of his time wandering in The Market and Elven Garden Districts of Imperial City. Once you find him, he will want you to read The Armorer's Challenge which can be bought at First Editions in the Imperial City Market District. After you read it, he will begin to train you.

At level 70+ Athletics, speak to an advanced trainer. They tell you of Rusia Bradus, located at Silgor Bradus' house in Anvil. In order to receive training, you must have discovered at least 30 places, the number of places discovered is listed on the last page of the first tab (stats page) in your Journal.

At level 70+ Blade skill, 20 in either Fame or Infamy, speak with an advanced trainer who will send you to Alix Lencolia at the Faregyl Inn south of Imperial City. Lake Rumare has two rivers to the south, Faregyl Inn is just south of the eastern river.

As an Expert in Block (70+) talk to either advanced trainer. They'll tell you Andragil in Bravil is the Master Trainer and you will need to seek her out. Her house is across from the Bravil Fighters Guild. To complete the quest allow her to attack you for 45 seconds while you block. make sure to keep yourself alive with spells and potions.

With level 70+ Blunt, and have killed at least 50 people. Speak with an advanced trainer. Irene Metrick in the Elven Gardens District of Imperial City. The number of people killed is listed on the last page of the first tab (stats page) in your Journal.

With level 70+ Hand-To-Hand skill, talk to either advanced trainer. After hearing them out, find Helvius Cecia in Bruma. To complete the quest you'll have to Punch him for 30 seconds straight and keep him from getting bored.

At level 70+ Heavy Armor, find a Silver Pitcher & 4 Silver Glasses. Speak with either advanced trainer. They'll tell you to go to Pranal for more training. Pranal is located at the Roxy Inn and wants the Silver Pitcher & 4 Silver Glasses before training they will train you.

As a level 70+ Alchemist, speak with the advanced trainers to receive this quest. You're sent to Sinderion, who lives in the Wine cellar of the West Weald Inn of Skingrad. Sinderion wants a bottle of Surilie Brothers and Tamika wines from 399. You can find these in Castle Skingrad's Wine Cellar. Once you bring them the wine, they will give you the training you seek.

After reaching level 70+ in Alteration, speak with an advanced trainer. They will send you to Tooth-in-the-Sea, along the coast north of Bravil. Make sure you have a Water Breathing spell and head out there. Tooth-in-the-Sea, as the name suggests, will be underwater in the bay. Speak to him before 1:00pm, he'll want you to use a Water Breathing spell for three hours. Stay near Tooth-in-the-Sea during the three hours. Then you can receive training from him as you please.

At level 70+ Conjuration talk to an advanced trainer. They'll send you to Olyn Seran at Molag Bal's shrine west of Imperial City. Make sure you have the Summon Faded Wraith spell or scroll and head for Molag Bal's Shrine, straight west from the Imperial City Temple District. Olyn will require you to summon a Faded Wraith. You can now go about getting training. If you have started the Molag Bal quest then you will need to complete it before he will allow you to show him the wraith.

With level 70+ Destruction, talk to an advanced trainer. Either will send you to Andaren at Kynareth's Shrine west of Weatherleah Estate. They will require 20 Bear Pelts. Either start hunting for Bears pelts or buy them from merchants.

At 70+ Illusion, find 10 Welkynd Stones, then talk to either advanced trainer. They send you to Martina Floria in the Chironasium at the Arcane University, Imperial City. Give Martina the 10 Welkynd Stones and she will begin to train you at your discretion.
Note: Welkynd Stones can be found in Ayleid ruins.

First, you must have level 70 Mysticism. Secondly, you have to have closed 3 Oblivion Gates. Talk to an advanced trainer who will send you to Dagail at the Leyawiin Mages Guild. You will receive training only after you have closed 3 Oblivion Gates.

At level 70 Restoration talk to either advanced trainer. They'll send you to Oleta at the camp south of Kvatch. Kvatch must be secured so you must have closed the Kvatch Oblivion Gate and have completed the quest The Battle for Castle Kvatch. After Kvatch has been secured Oleta will be at the camp south of Kvatch.
Speaking to Oleta at The Chapel of Akatosh before securing Kvatch will give the quest Restoration Training, this adds a map pointer to Oleta when the quest is selected.

At level 70+ Acrobatics, talk to either advanced trainer and they will send you to Aerin at Aerin's camp, located north of Cheydinhal, east of Azura's shrine. Torbern is at Aerin's camp and Aerin is nowhere to be found. Torbern will give you training.

As an Expert of Light Armor (level 70+), grab an Elven Cuirass and speak with either advanced trainer. You'll need to go talk to J'Bari in Leyawiin. After you give em the Elven Cuirass, they will be open to training you.

Must have level 70 Marksman, speak to either advanced trainer point you towards Alawen. Her location is at Troll Candle Camp east of Anvil. Visit Troll Candle Camp between 10:00 pm and 4:00 am. You may have to wait later than 10pm if she was on a long hunt. You'll need to have a Disposition of 80 to receive training.

At level 70+ Mercantile talk to an advanced trainer who will tell you to seek out Palonirya at Divine Elegance, Market District, Imperial City. Palonirya will check to see if you have 10,000 gold the first time she trains you. Having 10,000 gold is a prerequisite.

With level 70+ Security, talk to an advanced trainer, they will have you look for J'baana in the Imperial Prison District, Imperial City. He will be wandering in the northeast, talk to him through one of the gates.

At level 70+ in Sneak, speak with either advanced trainer who will send you to Marana Rain in the Temple District, Imperial City. You must steal a coin from Marana Rain, in order to receive training.
Master (lvl 70 → lvl 100)
At level 70+ Speechcraft, talk to an advanced trainer. They send you to Tandilwe in the Temple of the One, Imperial City's Temple District. She will task you with speaking to all of the beggars in Cyrodiil. There are 19 in total, 5 in Imperial City and 2 each in the 7 major cities. If you kill one, or one dies of mysterious causes, you won't be able to receive Speechcraft training from her.
