#go to the Seedy tavern (to enter Seedy tavern you need tavern key or bloodsailor uniform or gold). Tavern key you can purchase in the Lost house (east of tavern), bloodsailor uniform you can purchase by killing Bloodsailors in the docks or simply you can bribe a guard to enter tavern. The best way I think go to the Lost House and search for the tavern key, because you'll need it later.
#Go to the Seedy tavern on the north side of the district. Unfortunately you can't just waltz in, there's three was to do this and the choice is yours:

She says that you can reach Aqueducts from Silver Sail's trading company .

Docks: Trouble in the district

Brief
Received: What's going on:
Speak with guard near city gates to learn of the troubles facing the docks. Smuggler activity is on the rise and the local authorities have evil intensions against Neverwinter and Lord Nasher.
Solution
  1. Talk to Neibar near the gates to learn about the auction in the Seedy tavern
  2. Go to the Seedy tavern on the north side of the district. Unfortunately you can't just waltz in, there's three was to do this and the choice is yours:
