The following guide will show you the objectives and some strategies to complete all the episodes in Trauma Center: Second Opinion. Seperate strategies are also available for the Hard difficulty. There will be no spoilers in this guide.
Difficulties
As you increase the difficulty from Easy to Normal to Hard, the following things will happen:
- Stabilizer recovers less to vitals
- S Rank requirements are harder
- XS Rank is available (Hard mode only)
- Untreated wounds drop vitals faster
- Some strains of GUILT have more enemies
- Healing Touch has a lower duration
- Mistakes deal more damage to vitals
- Injecting liquids with the syringe takes more time
