There are many characters that can visit your town. These characters do not move in, but instead stay for an allotted amount of time and perform special functions. You can speak to Booker to find out if most visitors are in your town, except Gulliver,Pascal,And Wisp
Blanca The Cat
Visits after you turn on WiiConnect24.
When you turn on WiiConnect24 on the Wii And Animal Crossing City Folk. After this she will occasionally turn up in town. And will ask to draw her a face and won't leave your town until you do.
Gulliver The Seagull
Randomly appears in the sky on weekdays.
Gulliver will randomly appear in your town on weekdays when no other visitors are in your town he will fly across your town and takes about 17 seconds for him to get to the other side. After you shoot down the UFO the next day he will appear on the beach and ask for you to find his spaceship part after you find it he will reward you with a rare item. Unlike wild world you don't have split screen so shooting down his UFO is harder than before.
Joan The Warthog
Appears every sunday.
Joan comes to your town on sunday mornings from 6:AM To Noon. Joan offers two types of turnips each week: White And Red

Kaitlin And Katie
Appears after you Wi-Fi with a friend
After you Wi-Fi with a friend you will get either Kaitlin or Katie in your town. If you get Kaitlin she will say she lost her daughter Katie in one of your friends town. If you get Katie she will be crying by the beach and tell you she lost her mommy and will ask you to bring her back to her. When they reunite the person with Katie in there town will get a item from them
K.K. Slider
Appears every saturday nights.
Appears Saturday nights at 9PM in the roost will sing a song you can bring home and put in your stereo but can't buy back or sell them
