BlockOut
1989 there was a 3D Tetris developed called BlockOut.
Now there is a modern version called BlockOut2 with a global scoreboard, in open source C/C++
and there are online versions and one online with a global scoreboard.
Online blockOut have its license on gamepuzzles.
