Rupee Goods are a kind of item that will be stored in the attic of Tingle's house. You can't carry them with you, sell them or get any kind of benefit out of them (*). They are a collection to complete for fun and prove of certain archievements.

(*) Eventually, if you have them all, there is a door in Rupee Shrine (Auros Ruins) that you can unlock for a special archievement in the storyline.

21 Human Doll A slightly odd-looking human-shaped doll which a fairy child had her mother make for her. Get the Fairy Gardens' map. Go south from the landing spot to the next screen and you'll see a human-shaped image on the map. Dig there to find another digging spot. Open the chest to get this Rupee Good.
22 Piggy Bank Oinkers believe that rupees are cursed and keep them in these special piggy banks. Once you've finished Auros Ruins' Oinker camp, head right after leaving it and follow the road to reach Oinker Altar. The Rupee Good lies in the chest on the altar.
23 Battle Robot Attention! Battle Robot! Destroy all intruders trying to steal the Master Rupee! Once you've entered Rupee Shrine on Auros Ruins, you'll see a door on your left. Enter it to find a treasure chest holding this Rupee Good. Note that, to leave again, you'll have to defeat the four statues surrounding the chest that come to life once you've opened it.
24 Pickaxe This is a sharp tool: don't play around with this or you risk a serious injury. Have every bridge fixed by Duke, Judge and Duko. Then go to Sunshine Seashore, to the bridge near Starfish Stage. Watch the cutscene, then follow them. Talk with the Foreman to get this Rupee Good.

26 Merchant Fan Decorated with the six merchant rules: clean teeth, smile, shave, be persistent, lie and cheat. Sell the Merchant at least one of every type of Local Speciality.
27 Super Chef Hat Only to be worn by the very best chefs. Hard to keep balanced, but looks great. Collect all 31 recipes and speak to the Chef.
28 Crown Bottle Cap This is an ideal cap for a bottle big enough for a person to fit in. Has a crown design. Reward for getting all 23 Bottles. Talk to Dr. Bean once you've collected them all.
29 Fairy Doll A cute doll which a human child had her mother make for her. It's supposed to look like a fairy... Reward fo the Fountain-sidequest. Pay a total of 20.000 to Port Town's fountain. Then talk to Chiko's Mum to receive this Rupee Good.
30 Oink Flowers Oinker brides throw these at weddings. Catch one and you will never get married... Go to the most left house of the Bodyguard Saloon-area in Auros Ruins. Talk to the Salona to be given a quest to help the Oinker couple. Enter the Oinker camp and defeat everyone up until the boss. Once you're done, you'll be given the Oinker Tiara. Bring it to the Oinker Couple. Watch the cutscene and once outside, throw a bottle of Tingle Fireworks in front of the couple to receive this Rupee Good.
