You Start out on a military Base In Vice City, Playing As Vic Vance. This base is realitively close to the airport. After a few missions, You get kicked out of the military for having marijuana under you bed(hidden) and for bringing a whore onto the base. A man named Phil takes you in and lets you use his old house for a place to stay.
