After the success of Guitar Hero 2, Guitar Hero 3: Legends of Rock has changed the pace by replacing Harmonix which is working on Rock Band during the time with Neversoft whom you're familiar that created the Tony Hawk Skateboarding series. This game has the best rock song collection and is available the forth on Playstation 2  and first on Xbox360, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii and later on the PC. However unlike the other consoles, the Playstation 2 although the first for going online is not available on this version. Plus the characters you're using might come in various versions in each console. The next in the series is Guitar Hero Aerosmith.
