* | *Keep an eye out for snowmen and snowballs. they can slow you down more than you might think, especially if you fall off the edge. | ||
* | *Shortly before you start going downhill after the uphill stretch, there is a hillside off the beaten path with an item box on top. it is somewhat hard to reach, because the snow slows you down a lot, but well worth the time, because this box always contains triple mushrooms, a super 'shroom, or an invincibility star. | ||

Misc tips:
