Mission 1-1[edit]
- Description: Drive through all 5 numbered gates in order!
- Course: Figure-8 Circuit
- Character: Mario
- Time: 35 seconds
The course is a clear route through all five gates - simply pick up every mushroom and keep the acceleration held down.
Mission 1-2[edit]
- Description: Collect all 15 coins!
- Course: GBA Peach Circuit
- Character: Peach
- Time: 30 seconds
Stick to the path laid out by the coins, and don't stop.
Mission 1-3[edit]
- Description: Destroy all 10 item boxes!
- Course: Yoshi Falls
- Character: Yoshi
- Time: 45 seconds
Follow the clear trail of item boxes and use each mushroom immediately.
Mission 1-4[edit]
- Description: Get the Star and use it to hit 5 Cheep Cheeps!
- Course: A small section of Cheep Cheep Beach
- Character: Wario
- Time: 40 seconds
Drive slowly to avoid missing the fish. Make sure you crash into enough item boxes, and use each star immediately.
Mission 1-5[edit]
- Description: Drive through all 6 numbered gates in order!
- Course: Nintendo DS
- Character: Toad
- Time: 30 seconds
The gates are situated around the edge of the course. Be careful not to fall off, and make sure you don't mistake the first gate for the sixth.
Mission 1-6[edit]
- Description: Drive out this mansion... backward!
- Course: The indoor section of Luigi's Mansion
- Character: Luigi
- Time: 45 seconds
Use the 
button to reverse, and keep in mind that left and right are reversed. Stick to the right-hand wall for a *** rating.
Mission 1-7[edit]
- Description: Collect all 20 coins!
- Course: N64 Moo Moo Farm
- Character: Donkey Kong
- Time: 35 seconds
Stick to the simple path laid out by the coins, and don't use the mushrooms all at once.
Mission 1-8[edit]
- Description: Perform 4 power-slide turbo boosts in 1 lap!
- Course: SNES Mario Circuit
- Character: Mario
- Time: 45 seconds
Powerslide around each and every corner - not only will they add to your total, they'll also get you round the lap faster.
Boss Stage[edit]
- Description: Use Mushrooms to crash into the Big Bully and knock him off the stage!
- Course: Water Arena (name based on surroundings)
- Character: Yoshi
- Time: 3 minutes
Get away from Big Bully as quickly as possible and he'll stop chasing after you. Now pick up the triple-mushroom in the item box, and when he's standing near an edge ram into him using a mushroom. When he's knocked back, use another mushroom to knock him further, and then a third mushroom should knock him off the platform into the water.
