Template:Infobox Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a hack and slash entry in the Metal Gear series, and the first home console entry to deviate from the series' standard stealth gameplay. It was released in 2013 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and in 2014 for Windows and Mac. It was previously being developed by Kojima Productions as Metal Gear Solid: Rising but was later re-imagined with a new name and a new developer, Platinum Games.
