the Game Boy Color version
Rayman is a 2D side-scrolling platformer for the game boy color. It shares the same plot as the original Rayman game, but with notable differences. It's artwork and music were recycled from Rayamn 2: The Great Escape, and the game uses a password feature instead of a save function. Many characters are absent and all of the worlds are original with no world bosses in each. Other than a few common enemies, the only characters in this version are Rayman, Mr. Dark, the Tings, and the Electoons.
