As a means of providing more information to the reader without going outside our scope, StrategyWiki has partnerships with a few other wikis on the Internet, so that we can share information and visitors on specific subjects. StrategyWiki provides the game information and walkthroughs, while the other wikis typically provide more detailed all-round information.

If you know of a large wiki which you think would make a good StrategyWiki partner, please suggest it on discord; as long as it's a well-established and vibrant wiki, with detailed and appropriate information, it's likely to be contacted about forming a partnership.

For a list of the wikis which we're considering merging or forming a partnership with, please see StrategyWiki:Content import.

Bulbapedia

Bulbapedia (part of the larger Encyclopaediae Pokémonis) was the first wiki with which StrategyWiki formed a partnership. Our partnership with them relates to Pokémon, with us linking to their pages on individual Pokémon, and them linking to us for game walkthroughs.

To link to a Bulbapedia article on a Pokémon, use the {{bp}} template, which takes the Pokémon's name as its first parameter.

Other available templates are {{bpm}} for moves, {{bpa}} for abilities, and {{bpt}} for types. Further usage is explained on the respective template pages.

Zelda Wiki

Zelda Wiki is a large wiki devoted to Zelda and everything associated with it, and we have a partnership with them similar in scope to our Bulbapedia partnership; they link to us for game walkthroughs, and we link to them for Zelda information.

To link to a Zelda Wiki article, use the {{zw}} template, which takes the article's name as its first parameter.

All Zelda game guides should also have a box link on their main page to the appropriate ZeldaWiki page. For this, the {{zeldawiki}} template should be used.

WiKirby

WiKirby is a wiki with a focus on Kirby, and our partnership with them is similar in scope to Bulbapedia and Zelda Wiki.

To link to a WiKirby article, use the {{wk}} template, which takes the article's name as its first parameter.

All Kirby game guides should also have a box link on their main page to the appropriate WiKirby page. For this, the {{WiKirby}} template should be used.

Lylat Wiki

Lylat Wiki is a wiki with a focus on Star Fox. They link to us for game walkthroughs, and we link to their game pages for more in-depth information.

All Star Fox game guides should also have a box link on their main page to the appropriate Lylat Wiki page. For this, the {{Lylat Wiki}} template should be used.

WikiBound

WikiBound is a wiki with a focus on Mother/EarthBound, and our partnership with them is similar in scope to Lylat Wiki.

All EarthBound game guides should also have a box link on their main page to the appropriate WikiBound page. For this, the {{WikiBound}} template should be used.

Fire Emblem Wiki

Fire Emblem Wiki is a wiki with a focus on Fire Emblem, and our partnership with them is similar in scope to Lylat Wiki.

All Fire Emblem game guides should also have a box link on their main page to the appropriate Fire Emblem Wiki page. For this, the {{Fire Emblem Wiki}} template should be used.

Nookipedia

Nookipedia is a wiki with a focus on Animal Crossing, and our partnership with them is similar in scope to Zelda Wiki.

To link to a Nookipedia article, use the {{nook}} template, which takes the article's name as its first parameter.

All Animal Crossing game guides should also have a box link on their main page to the appropriate Nookipedia page. For this, the {{Nookipedia}} template should be used.

NIWA

We are also in a partnership with NIWA, the Nintendo Independent Wiki Alliance, a group of wikis dedicated to Nintendo subjects. There are currently 21 members so far, with Dragon Quest Wiki being the most recent.

PCGamingWiki

PCGamingWiki is an independent wiki which focuses on the technical aspects of PC games. As they cover every PC game released, we have the most games linking to each other. They link to us from their infoboxes, and we link to them from ours, via the pcgamingwiki parameter.

As this is such an extensive interlinking, the parameter updates are handled by a bot that runs monthly. If you notice a missing link, create a redirect from the PCGamingWiki name to the StrategyWiki name, and the bot will create the links during its next run.
