Swashbuckler Question

Displays Eternal Arcadia Swashbuckler choices, and indicates the correct option to pick to improve Vyse's rating.
Usage
The options to be passed, in order, are:
- The question;
- The position of the correct answer;
- Each option, in turn.
For example, when telling Drachma about the Harpoon Cannon on Sailor's Island, the second option is the correct one:
