:I'd prefer it if you tell me what I'm doing wrong before you ban me so I know what to stop doing. As to why I am going so quickly is because I only just discovered this site. As I alternate between several wikis what will probably happen is that I won't edit that often, but when I do I edit in bulk.--Thomas Michael William Patrick Sales (talk) (contributions) (email) 17:49, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Welcome to StrategyWiki!

Hello Launchballer! Welcome to StrategyWiki. Thank you for your contributions. If you have any questions, just contact a sysop through their talk page or post on the staff lounge, and they'd be happy to help. If you need help editing, check the StrategyWiki Guide. If you have a question about the content on this wiki, you can check out our staff lounge page. If you want to ask questions or hang out in IRC, we're usually around. On the other hand, if you have ideas for StrategyWiki, bring them up on the forums. Please remember to sign your name on, and only on, talk pages by clicking Wikisigbutton.png or using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field as this helps to document all of your hard work. Feel free to delete this message from your talk page if you like, or keep it for reference. Happy editing! -- Thomas Michael William Patrick Sales (talk) (contributions) (email) 16:33, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Welcome messages

Please don't use the Welcome template on new users in bulk. The template is meant to welcome users that have signed up for the wiki and contributed, rather than being used in a robotic fashion on those who have signed up for an account. --Sigma 7 17:16, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

What do you mean in bulk? Welcoming other users keeps me busy until I can find something else. The idea is to deliberately flood the recent changes.--Thomas Michael William Patrick Sales (talk) (contributions) (email) 17:18, 11 May 2009 (UTC)
We don't welcome users until they have contributed something. That's why the welcome message thanks them for their contribution. Stop welcoming people or you'll face a ban. - najzereT 17:19, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Revert

For the headings, you should use ! instead of |, I just fixed this.--Rocky (talk · contribs) 17:31, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

I'm afraid I can't understand why.--Thomas Michael William Patrick Sales (talk) (contributions) (email) 17:33, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

Slow down

Look, you're a brand new user, and while we appreciate your contributions to guide, it is best if you leave interactions with new users to the staff of this site. When you have been here for a substantial amount of time, and understand how we operate the site, it will be more acceptable for you to welcome users. Until that time, please restrict your work to only contributing video game related information. We will ban you if we feel you are making a bad impression on other users, or misrepresenting the staff on this site. If you have any question about our policies or guide formatting, please feel free to ask in the Staff Lounge or on the forums. Thank you. Procyon 17:45, 11 May 2009 (UTC)

I'd prefer it if you tell me what I'm doing wrong before you ban me so I know what to stop doing. Also, I can't see how I am misinterpreting the staff or making a bad impression on other users. As to why I am going so quickly is because I only just discovered this site.
