Quickly get a head start and use the throttle to get to the first checkpoint, and get to the second checkpoint by using the throttle. Be careful; the wind is stronger now, so don't crash when you get to the second checkpoint and don't fall. Quickly get to the next checkpoint and go down to the pond. Quickly grab the turbo to get to the next checkpoint, then use the throttle to get to the finish.
