This quest cannot be completed if you have been spotted by the goblin king after completing The Mysteries of Finance.
In the Arx castle, head into the kitchen on the far left side of the castle and go into the storeroom there. Here you will find lots of bottles of water and wine as well as a book called Cooking for Goblins. Take the book with you. The next step is logical: go to the goblin kingdom on Level 3 and head into the kitchen, then use the book on Anuk the cook. Completing this quest earns you 1000 experience points.
