The Penguin Most Wanted side mission becomes available after escaping the GCPD. There are 6 arms caches that need to be destroyed with the disruptor. Five of the caches will have enemies around them.

- Diamond District
- Coventry
- Sheldon Park
- Amusement Mile: The Final Offer
- The Bowery
The arms cache in the Final Offer is hidden in the shipping container that is hanging from the crane. Use the batclaw to open the doors. The arms cache in the Bowery is hidden behind a destructible wall. Use the explosive gel to reveal it. Once all 6 are destroyed, the mission is complete.
