This cave is one of the most challenging in the game. Basically, it is a long vertical pit and it is very easy to fall and get hurt. It is also quite labyrinthine and easy to get lost. Proceed to the right as long as you can, collecting any items. Then dig the loose soil on the left. Go down until you reach a small space where you can find another item. There is also a mushroom hidden in the ceiling; take it if you need it, otherwise save it for later. Then keep going down, digging and ignoring the inclined plane on the left. You will come to a point where there are some steps. Jump to the left where you might find a dynamite. Be careful not to stay against the right wall or you will end up lower and get hurt. Also beware of any ghosts. Then go down even further, where you will have to find another item. There is nothing in the ceiling here. Reach the far wall to activate a teleporter, which will take you back up. Keep going up and go back to where you started the level.
In the ceiling there are stones and a mushroom: take it, kicking it to the right. Then go down quickly and kick down the thin wall on the right. Continuing to the right you will find stones in the ceiling. Go right again, jumping over the small precipice. You may find dynamite and diamonds in the compartment below. Then go back to where you broke down the wall and go down further. Continue to the right, picking up any items and go down the inclined plane. Go down and dig the loose soil to the right. You might find a ladder and a diamond. Going further down this path, you may also find a dynamite. Dig the crumbly ground below you, on the right you may find another ladder. Then dig to the left and drop the two pink rocks you will find. Then, get off in your turn. On the left, you may find a ladder. Then touch the wall on the right, just above a small expanse of crumbly soil. You will be teleported to a small space where you can find dynamite. Drop the pink rock and go down as well. Then let yourself fall into the small precipice on the left. In this area there are many stones and two mushrooms hidden in the ceiling. At the bottom right you may also find a diamond. Once you've got everything, tap the left wall of this area to teleport.
You will arrive near the inclined plane that you had traveled before. Go right, go down and this time go left, to meet a green dinosaur that you have probably already noticed. It will take several stones to kill it. On the left you will find the pillar, press it. Go down to the left, picking up any items (don't take the incline to the right or you'll end up in a long precipice that runs through most of the cave, almost certainly losing a life) and dig into the crumbly ground below you. Better if you dig to the left. Then take the path that descends to the right (the other is a dead end) and continue to the right. In this area you will find many stones and three mushrooms in the ceiling. But beware of ghosts and not to fall into the central precipice. Go back and go down further, digging. You may find a ladder on the right. Go down again and continue to the right. You can collect some stones from the ceiling and find another ladder. Then go to the edge of the central precipice. You will now have to throw two ladders in succession. You should have several by now in your inventory. Get off and go left. You will need another ladder to get off without hurting yourself. Dig the loose soil and continue to the right. You may find a diamond, as well as two piles of stones and a mushroom in the ceiling. Go back and go down again.
Proceed to the right and crawl under a pink rock to reach a space with a stack of rocks on top. After you pass it, the pink rock will fall, closing you inside. At this point, the pink rocks above you will begin to fall, one at a time. You will therefore have to move quickly and promptly, so as not to be hit. If you are hit by a rock, you will immediately lose a life. Unfortunately, there is no way to pass this area safely, because the rocks always fall in a different and random order. If the rock above you begins to vibrate, you will need to move quickly before it falls. This is a really tricky pitfall, but luckily it is the only one in the whole game. When the rocks have all fallen, you can finally reach the exit door of the cave, on the right, but by now you have certainly run out of time.
Continue to the right and drop the two pink rocks to reach an area you passed before. Go up along the tunnel and take the inclined plane on the left that you will encounter. Keep going up, until you get to the point where the green dinosaur is. Defeat him and press the pillar again. Go left, go down as far as you can, go right and go down the ladders you throwed earlier. Go left and go down the other ladder. Then continue to the right, to quickly reach the door. With all obstacles out of the way, if you've been quick, you may still have over 40 seconds on the timer.
