Dragon Ball Z: Idainaru Dragon Ball Densetsu (ドラゴンボールZ 偉大なるドラゴンボール伝説 Doragon Bōru Zetto Idainaru Doragon Bōru Densetsu?, Dragon Ball Z: The Greatest Dragon Ball Legend) or "Dragon Ball Z: Legends" as fans know it as, is a fighting game for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn consoles in Japan and in parts of Europe where it is called "Dragon Ball Z: The Legend".
The game is known for its unique gameplay innovation. Using basic 2D sprites within 3D environments, control configuration that is much different than other fighters, special attacks done automatically, and catchy original soundtrack by composer Kenji Yamamoto. Because of this, many gamers have labeled it the best Dragon Ball game of the 32-bit era.
