Infinite Interactive is a development company based in Australia. They're best known for the Warlords series of games, originally developed with Strategic Studies Group. In 2003 they became an independent studio.
While still developing new games in the Warlords series, they've recently branched out into games for a wider audience with the Puzzle Quest series (though the first game in that series was specifically set in the Warlords universe to take advantage of the existing world).
